ACCESSIBILITY

We offer ADA-accessible seats and restrooms. When buying tickets, please let the ticket agent know if you require accessible seating, and s/he will issue you a special ticket. If you need accessible seating and don’t have a special ticket, we’ll work to accommodate you once you arrive at The Theatre.

WILL CALL

Photo ID is required for ticket pickup at Will Call. We do not print Will Call tickets until right before the doors open. “The List” often doesn’t show up until the last minute, so we won’t be able to confirm your name before the show. Will Call tickets are printed and available just before the show and not at any other time.

SEATING

Almost all shows are reserved seating.

Unless it’s a General Admission show, there’s no need to arrive before the posted door time. If the show is GA, please check our calendar page for info on when doors open.

STILL CAMERAS, VIDEO CAMERAS, RECORDING DEVICES

The Theatre as a venue does not prohibit cameras and video recording devices, but performing artists often do, so we recommend you leave them at home. The Theatre staff does not know ahead of time if these devices will be permitted, as we often find out from the tour manager right before the doors open. If we do get this information early, we’ll post it on the website and on the event page. If cameras are prohibited, there will be signs posted at the main entrance.
