Reservations Policy


Check-in at 3PM (15:00)

Check-out at 12PM (12:00)

Must be 18 or older to book a room.

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid local ID or passport at check-in.

Guarantee Policy:

Reservation must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking and a valid credit card must be presented at time of check in. For Regular Purchase reservations, we will not charge your card until time of departure. For Advanced Purchase reservations, your card will charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Please let us know by 3pm Panama time 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date if you need to cancel. If we don’t hear from you by 3pm the day before you're due to check in, we’ll charge your credit card for one night's room rate and tax. 

For Advance Purchase reservations, we’re unable to refund your stay at any time if your plans change.

Advance Purchase Reservations Policy:

Advance Purchase reservations require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Once booked, they cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. Thanks for your understanding.

Pet Policy:

We charge $25 per night for pets under 25 lbs. No charge for additional pets.

Maximum Room Occupancy:

For certain rooms we allow 3 adults.  $35 per rollaway bed/night.


Complimentary Wireless Internet.

Smoking Policy:

All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up inside the hotel we must charge a $250 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes.
