Reservations Policy

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

Guarantee Policy:

Reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card at time of booking. Card will not be charged until time of arrival or in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be changed or canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a no-show penalty of one night's room charge. To cancel or modify a reservation, or for assistance with all other reservations, please call 503.228.2277. Reservations cannot be cancelled via email.

Rate/Reservation Validity:

Please note that an electronic reservation confirmation will be provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Early Departure:

Ace Hotel Portland reserves the right to assess an early departure fee. When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.


Self Park available for $34 per night, full in and out privileges. 

Pet Policy:

There is no charge for pets. When we say pet we really mean dog, but just get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we'll try to make it work.
