We're celebrating the release of Linda Gerard's Fabulous Selections, a new collection of barn burners and anthems by the fabulous singing hostess of our own Sissy Bingo. Linda sings her classics and regales her audience with her larger than life stage presence, maybe even signs an album cover or two.

We've compiled an eclectic mix of Linda's show-stoppers from her original debut and some 45s and pressed them on vinyl so you can hear them the way they should be heard. From the strangely catchy funk of See the Cheetah to her soaring empowerment anthem A Woman Starting Out All Over Again to the Broadway rager I'll Always Be Your Friend, Fabulous Selections is pure unforgettable Linda, just like you know and love her.

Linda has captivated crowds for over fifty years from her show-stopping cabaret performances to her standby appearances for Barbara Streisand and Mimi Hines in the legendary 60s runs of Funny Girl.

In the 70s, she co-owned and entertained at the legendary Pied Piper cabaret in Provincetown, Massachusetts, the most popular lesbian bar on the Eastern seaboard at the time. Later, Linda took her original one-woman show, Ziegfeld's Fanny out west. In the late 80s and early 90s, Linda performed in her own nightclub cabaret The Rose Tattoo in West Hollywood. A born winner, 2008, she won "Deal or No Deal" in 2008 before a spellbound audience.

These days she deploys her rapturous vocal stylings, unforgettable duds and vaudevillian antics on a packed house every Monday night in King's Highway at Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs where she hosts Sissy Bingo with an effortless joy and sailor's mouth we can only aspire to.
