Ace Hotel

P.S. Olive U. is a series of free classes all about that most storied of fruits, the olive -- how to care for and protect olive trees, harvesting and the applications of locally grown California olives. Three classes are taught by the olive experts of Temecula Olive Oil Company in cooperation with the City of Palm Springs' Your Sustainable City initiative and The Palm Springs Olive Festival -- two of the classes are offered at Ace Hotel & Swim Club and one at City Hall.

Temecula Olive Oil Company is a family operated, woman owned olive grower and producer of fine cold-pressed organic olive oils based in the Temecula Valley. Practitioners of strict principles of sustainable agriculture and use of solar energy, Temecula are also proponents of non-traditional uses of olive oil -- including as a bio-diesel alternative to petroleum.
