For the Record: John Hughes Holiday Road brings back songs from our favorite moments of Hughes' holiday perennials like Home Alone, Christmas Vacation and Planes, Trains and Automobiles and teen classics like Weird Science, The Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink.

Join us Saturday as well for a Jam Session hosted by the accomplished cast of For the Record -- 9pm til late in the Amigo Room.

John Hughes Holiday Road is a rollicking retrospective of the musical magic of the Hughes' oeuvre that brings the audience into the show, led by a colorful cast of showbiz alums from Broadway and Hollywood. You'll laugh, cry (for joy), singalong, stomp your feet and relive the glorious eighties at this fun and interactive cabaret. Holiday Road has been spreading Holiday cheer to packed houses in Los Feliz, now it's making a one-night stop in the desert.

For the Record is a series of 360-degree live interactive performances that began at Show At Barre, an intimate fusion of theater, community and supper club in Los Feliz. Other shows in the celebrated For the Record series have showcased the soundtracks of directors Quentin Tarantino and Baz Luhrmann.
