    Jan 7 5:30PM // The Commune

Come to Palm Springs for a renewing wellness weekend. Restore your insides, your outsides, your breath. We have everything covered so you can let your mind go. Our special rate for the weekend includes holistic meals, elixir bar, sauna, and yoga, Pilates and tai chi classes -- $190 per person (room rate not included).

Enter the weekend with welcoming refreshments and an orientation in the Commune Friday, January 7 at 5:30pm, followed by a healthy, holistic dinner at 6pm, then take the rest of the evening to slow down and settle in. The pool and hot tub are open until 2am.

Wake up all over at yoga with the Laughing Yogi, Yogi Ramesh of Universal YogaSaturday, January 8 at 7am, then nourish your body with a fresh breakfast spread at 8am. Get strong at Mat Pilates with Susan Salk of Pilates Palm Springs at 10am, then create some alchemy at the elixir bar and take a dip in the pool. We’ll have a lunch buffet set up for whenever you decide it’s time for a bite.

At 5:30pm, take a clay bake in a yurt, have a sauna or give your body a treat at the Feel Good Spa (massages and body treatments are extra—you can also get treatments by the pool or in your room). Then at 6:30 we’ll have a healthy cooking demo so you can learn how to keep the good feelings going at home, followed by a casual dinner.

Sunday morning January 9, get focused with tai chi with multidimensional wellness guru Scott Cole at 8am and breakfast at 9am before hitting the road (or the pool). Bring your health and awareness to your home and the people around you, and come back to see us soon.

We're honored to have a roster of masters teaching in their fields at this event. Here's a little more about them:
