Kings Highway & The Amigo Room
In the bones of an old roadside diner, we're reinterpreting American peasant food for the desert with a focus on fresh, organic, and local ingredients. We're calling it King's Highway. We've also kept the old ranch-hand bar. The locals called it the Amigo Room, so we are too. Cheap beer and fresh, clean cocktails with homemade ingredients. And it's all available poolside. Just don't forget the 45 minute rule.
