    Ben Jacobsen of Jacobsen Salt Co. leads a workshop and eat-in wherein you learn to infuse your very own sea salts and enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Chris DiMinno of Clyde Common, paired with Oregon-vinted Love & Squalor wine.

    Seats are limited. Reservations must be made in advance and are only accepted online. Four-course dinner is accompanied by three glasses of wine and a specially prepared cocktail.

    Jacobsen Salt Co. employs traditional methods to harvest pure salt crystals straight from Oregon's cold waters, providing flavor to happy dishes around the country. Chris DiMinno is one of the leading lights in locally-sourced Northwest cookery. Matt Berson tends his Willamette Valley vineyards till they're fairly bursting with Love & Squalor.
